4 knot speed limit and restrictions for vessels on the River Murray
To protect infrastructure and the safety of all river users and property owners, restrictions on boating and aquatic activities will now apply along the River Murray, including a 4 knot vessel speed limit in certain locations
Project design for Kimba junction upgrades and highway realignment
Works to realign and upgrade the Eyre Highway at Kimba – including construction of a new heavy vehicle rest area within the Eyre Peninsula township – have moved a step closer, with the project design now released to the community.
River Murray flood update: Waikerie ferry and Bookpurnong Road
The Waikerie ferry will be closed this Wednesday, 23 November, between 9am and 5pm, to safely transfer the ferry to the high flow ramp to allow services to continue as water levels rise.
