Traineeship Vacancies

The Aboriginal Traineeship Program is part of the Government of South Australia's commitment to employing Aboriginal people in the public sector. The program provides:

• a Certificate III level qualification
• the opportunity of ongoing employment.

Each trainee will be supported with a dedicated mentor:

• who is a public sector employee
• has undertaken an Indigenous Mentoring Course.

Who can apply

Aboriginal jobseekers aged 17 and older, particularly mature age jobseekers who:

• have not previously worked in the public sector
• don't have a Certificate III level qualification.
