‘Your Transport Choices’ Game
Public transport helps to ease traffic, reduce emissions and make our cities and towns more liveable.
When designing a transport network, we need to make choices about where services go, how often they run and who they serve. These choices involve making some trade-offs. This is to balance the needs of different people for different types of services within the constraints of available resources. Different parts of South Australia may need different solutions.
We have created a quick game to show key factors that go into designing a public transport system. Although the choices seem simple, real networks are much more complex. The goal is to quickly find out what matters most to you. Your feedback will be one of the many inputs that will contribute to designing the 30-year Public Transport Strategy.
How to play
- You will see be presented with four sets of choices.
- Select each card to learn what each choice means.
- After making your choices, submit your response.
