Kingswood intersection upgrade
17 April 2019
Works to upgrade the intersection of Cross Road, Duthy Street and Harrow Terrace, Kingswood will occur this weekend; Saturday and Sunday, 20 and 21 April.
The upgrade includes:
- Extending the right-turn lane on Cross Road (East and West)
- Installation of signalised right turns from Cross Road into Duthy Street/Harrow Terrace during peak times and non-signalised right turns during off-peak times.
Works will be undertaken between 6am and 4pm, weather permitting.
The road will remain open with temporary lane and speed restrictions. Road users are asked to use extra caution when workers are on site
The $267,000 safety initiative is funded by the Australian Government’s National Black Spot Program.
