Travel free to sold-out Tillies blockbuster

Matildas fever has gripped the city this week as our World Cup heroes return to Adelaide, with free public transport available to all Tillies fans attending Friday night’s game.
All fans with a valid match ticket can travel free on all Adelaide Metro services for the Matilda’s Til It’s Done Farewell friendly series against reigning Asian Cup champions China PR.
All regular Adelaide Metro bus, train and tram services will be free from 4pm until last service.
Free Adelaide Oval Express bus, train and tram services will also operate before the match and until up to 45 minutes after the final whistle.
More than 50,000 people are expected to pack into Adelaide Oval to send Australia’s favourite national team on their way to the Paris Olympics.
Local roads surrounding the stadium may be closed so please follow the directions of traffic controllers and allow extra time when travelling.
