Temporary Gawler rail line closure

The Gawler rail line will temporarily close from first service to last service this Sunday, 14 July to allow signalling works and software upgrades to be undertaken.

These works cannot be safely undertaken with trains operating in the rail corridor and have been scheduled on a Sunday to minimise impacts to weekday commuters.

Substitute buses will service all stops along the line between Adelaide and Gawler Central railway stations.

Please allow some extra time as the bus service generally takes longer than the regular train service.
