The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure advises that the Heysen Tunnels will be closed for essential maintenance works from 7pm, Friday, 3 April until 8am, Saturday, 4 April.
To facilitate safety maintenance works to the ventilation system, the following traffic restrictions will be in place:

- Crafers bound traffic will be restricted to one lane in the Crafers bound tunnel from 9pm, Friday, 3rd April until 8am, Saturday, 4 April.
Every effort will be made to reduce the impact on motorists by conducting these works during off peak times.
