Notice to Mariners No. 20 of 2024 (Temporary)
SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – PORT GAWLER - RESEARCH EQUIPMENT DEPLOYED
Mariners are advised that ocean monitoring equipment will be deployed from April 2024, in subtidal area around Port Gawler. The equipment is due to be removed late July 2024.
This equipment is mounted on triangular frame height ~0.5 m - ~1.5m with at least 2 m surface clearance minimum.
No surface buoys are fitted to this equipment.

34°42'7.87"S 138°25'43.14"E
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
