HARBORS AND NAVIGATION ACT 1993
SOUTH AUSTRALIA – VHF EMERGENCY MARINE RADIO (CH 16 AND 67) SCHEDULED OUTAGE NOTIFICATION
Mariners are advised that there will be outages affecting the South Australian Emergency Marine Radio Network (VHF Ch 16 and Ch 67) on Tuesday 2nd May 2022.
Loss of Maritime Voice service may be lost for a period of up to 30 minutes between 0005 to 0445 hrs on 02/05/2023.
These works are necessary to ensure ongoing integrity and reliable operation.
Mariners are advised to consider alternate means of emergency communication and navigate with caution.
