Adelaide Metro proudly supports Movember
Adelaide Metro is once again teaming up with the Movember Foundation, with 10 trams and 20 buses growing moustaches throughout the month of November to help make a difference in men’s health.
Temporary closure of the Tailem Bend Ferry
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport advises there will be a temporary closure of the Tailem Bend Ferry service from 10am to 2pm on Wednesday, 4 November (weather permitting).
Temporary South Road late night partial closure to allow works
Motorists are advised there will be a partial closure of South Road for northbound traffic between Cross Road and Anzac Highway from 10pm until 6am on the nights of Monday, 26 October, and Tuesday, 27 October, for maintenance works.
Temporary closure of the Wellington Ferry
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport advises there will be a temporary closure of the Wellington Ferry service from 10am to 2pm on Wednesday, 28 October (weather permitting).
Light poles to be replaced along North Terrace and King William Road
Works will be undertaken to replace 38 light poles on King William Road and North Terrace along the Festival Plaza and Botanic tram lines to support overhead infrastructure as part of the City Tram Extension Project. The new poles will enhance the visual amenity of these important cultural precincts and allow the City of Adelaide to use them for major events.
Footy Express to operate throughout bumper weekend of SA footy
The Adelaide Oval Footy Express will operate at full capacity for both the AFL Preliminary Final and SANFL Grand Final this weekend, to enable spectators to socially distance as much as possible.
Gawler, Outer Harbor and Grange rail line closures
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport reminds public transport users that the partial closure of the Gawler rail line between Adelaide and Salisbury during the September/October school holidays has been extended until Christmas Day.

Motorists are advised of upcoming partial closures of the Heysen Tunnels to allow for essential safety maintenance works.
