Contractor Performance Rating

The Department expects that  performance rating reports will be completed at the conclusion of all major construction contracts and lead Professional Services (PSC) contracts. The following forms will be used:

DIT Building Prequalification System Form Performance Rating of Contractor (General Builders and Trades)

DIT Building and Construction Project Prequalification System Professional Service Contractor Categories Performance Rating of Contractor (Professional Services Contractor - Buildings)

On major road construction contacts, the Contractor will also have the opportunity to rate the performance of the DIT site administration team. Each party will have the opportunity to discuss and comment on the performance rating (at a "close out" workshop if one is held).
