Free travel for Big Bash League fans

26 December 2020
Adelaide Strikers fans will be able to travel to and from home games for free this Big Bash League (BBL) season with Adelaide Oval Express services.
Strikers will host five BBL matches at Adelaide Oval over two weeks, with the first to be played against Perth Scorchers on Monday night, 28 December.
The following matches will all be serviced by Adelaide Oval Express:
- Adelaide Strikers v Perth Scorchers
Monday, 28 December at 6:45pm
Free travel all day - Adelaide Strikers v Melbourne Renegades
Tuesday, 5 January 2021 at 7:15pm
Free travel from 4pm - Adelaide Strikers v Melbourne Renegades
Friday, 8 January 2021 at 6:10pm
Passengers directed to regular Adelaide Metro services
Adelaide Oval Express services will only operate post-match
Cricket fans with a valid event ticket can still travel free on regular Adelaide Metro services to the match
Free travel from 3pm - Adelaide Strikers v Melbourne Stars
Monday, 11 January 2021 at 7:15pm
Free travel from 4pm.
The following match will not be serviced by Adelaide Oval Express, but will have standby services post-match:
- Adelaide Strikers v Perth Scorchers
Thursday, 31 December at 6:45pm
Passengers directed to regular Adelaide Metro services
Free travel from 3:30pm.
