Tender released for online Planning and Design Code solution

An Invitation to Supply (ITS) has been released via Tenders SA to procure an Online Planning and Design Code solution as part of the state-wide changes to South Australia’s planning and development system.

The Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (the Act) is supported by key technologies specifically a Geographic Information System (GIS), Development Application Platform, an Online Planning and Design Code and the SA Planning Portal. Together these make up the ePlanning solution for the new system. This procurement is for the Online Planning and Design Code technology.

A market briefing will be held on Tuesday 24 July in the Kardi Munaintya Room, Ground Floor, 50 Flinders Street, Adelaide from 10.00 am to 11.00 am.

The tender will close on Thursday 16 August at 2.00 pm. All submissions must be provided electronically through Tenders SA.
