Planning and Design Code Phase 1 – Land Not within a Council area – Outback Tour The first iteration of the Planning and Design Code as it applies to Land Not Within a Council is on public consultation until 29 March 2019. The Code brings about changes and improvements to the way planning is done in the outback and represents the first investment in rural and remote planning in more than ten years.

Planning and Design Code Phase 1 – Land Not within a Council area – Livestream event The first iteration of the Planning and Design Code as it applies to Land Not Within a Council Area is on public consultation until 29 March 2019. The Code brings about changes and improvements to the way planning is done in the outback and represents the first investment in rural and remote planning in more than ten years.

This practitioner event aims to explain some of the fundamental aspects of the Code and talks to some of the testing the department has been undergoing internally; to help inform submissions.
