Applications for access to the Adelaide Metropolitan Passenger Rail Network (AMPRN) are now submitted online. This replaces the ‘Word’ document application form used previously.
Before applying for access to the AMPRN, please ensure you have read and are familiar with the Access Terms and Conditions and the AMPRN Procedure document.
You will need to request an account before you can use the online application form. You will receive confirmation via email when your account has been created. This may take up to several days.
New applications or requests to amend/cancel a previously approved application can be submitted via the links below. You will need an activated account to access these forms.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues with the application process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Saved and submitted applications can be viewed in the Dashboard.
To request a password reset, click "Forgotten your password" on the Login screen.
All applications are subject to a formal review process to ensure they comply with all rail strict technical requirements and safety protocols. The review process may take between one to four weeks from the date a complete and compliant application is submitted, however this may take longer depending on the complexity of the application and quality of information provided.
Please note that specific documentation and information is required when filling out the application form. Without these, the form cannot be submitted and the application cannot be processed.
The following documents are mandatory:

- Plan or aerial view map of work location
- Safe Work Method Statement(s) (SWMS)
The following documents may be required if applicable to the access conditions provided in the application form:
