Boating survey

Competition terms and conditions

  • Any person who completes the Boating Safety Survey via the On Deck website and provides their email address will go into one of five draws to win a lifejacket, valued at $100.
  • The survey will be open on the On Deck website from 21 June 2019 to 30 April 2020.
  • The prize is not transferable for cash.
  • The prize draw will formally take place at regular intervals throughout the program at Kateena Street, Regency Park.
  • Those wishing to be eligible for the prize must enter their email address to be notified if they are a winner. Notification will include instructions on how to claim the prize.
  • It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the winner’s name be published on the On Deck website, DIT website and on DIT social media.
  • Any person who does not provide their name and email address will not be eligible to enter the draw.
  • The prize must be claimed within 30 days from notification. If not collected by this date the prize will be deemed forfeited.
  • DIT accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
  • Entry to this prize draw is free but is limited to one entry per person.
  • Entry is open to South Australian residents only.
  • Under conditions of the SA Public Sector Code of Ethics, DIT employees and other SA Government employees can complete the survey but they and their immediate families are ineligible to win the prize.
  • Incomplete or incorrect email addresses will be deemed invalid and a subsequent email address entry will be drawn.
  • DIT’s decision regarding a winner is final and will not enter into correspondence regarding the prize draw or winning entries.
  • The promoter of this prize draw is the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) of the South Australian Government.
  • Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
