Tram artwork for National Reconciliation Week
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) will once again decorate an Adelaide Metro tram with Aboriginal artwork to mark National Reconciliation and NAIDOC Weeks.

Temporary Closure of Purnong Ferry, Tuesday 30 May 2017
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) advises there will be a temporary closure of the Purnong ferry service from 10am until 2pm on TUESDAY 30 MAY 2017 (weather permitting).

Torrens Rail Junction – Temporary Rail Closures
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) advises that the Outer Harbor and Grange rail lines will be temporarily closed from Saturday 10 June to Monday 12 June 2017 and the Gawler rail line will be temporarily closed between Adelaide and Mawson Lakes also from Saturday 10 June to Monday 12 June 2017 to allow works to continue for the Torrens Rail Junction Project.

Temporary lane closure of the Ral Ral Avenue Bridge, Renmark
For safety reasons, one lane of the Ral Ral Avenue Bridge has been closed due to accident damage of bridge railing. The bridge will be under contraflow and traffic signal until repairs are complete. Repair works are scheduled to start on Tuesday 23 May 2017.

More than $100,000 in grants for community art projects at train stations and tram stops
A glow-in-the-dark mural at Peterhead train station and a community mosaic at Christie Downs are among 58 projects to share in $103,000 from the State Government’s Rail Care program.
