The Service SA Centre on North Terrace in Adelaide's CBD has relocated to a modern, purpose-built facility in Currie Street that is designed with customers front of mind.
While Service SA enables you to complete transactions and find information online, safely, easily and at any time at service.sa.gov.au, if you are planning to visit, Service SA’s Adelaide Customer Service Centre is now at 30 Currie Street, Adelaide from 9am 24 February 2020.
The Currie Street centre offers service aimed at helping customers to complete their visit quickly, with a minimum of waiting time. Staff have worked to improve internal processes and the centre has been designed to make transactions easier.
Options include self-service kiosks with the help of a Service SA staff member close at hand, as well as traditional over-the-counter service for those with more complex matters or who prefer that interaction.
The North Terrace location has now closed as of Friday 21 February 2020.
