South Road Superway off-ramp closure – night works

30 August 2017

As part of the Northern Connector Project, the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) advises that night works will be undertaken to install safety barriers on the South Road elevated road way (South Road Superway).

Works will commence Wednesday 30 August 2017 and will occur between 7pm and 5am for two nights, weather permitting.

The South Road Superway off-ramp to the Salisbury Highway will be closed while these works are undertaken and access to the Salisbury Highway will be maintained via a detour to the Hanson Road interchange (Refer to map).

Speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works, including the South Road Superway and the Port River Expressway.

Signage and traffic management will be in place to advise motorists of changed conditions.

Thank you for your patience while these important works are undertaken.
