Reminder: Outer Harbor/Grange Rail Line Closure 2 – 23 January 2017

CONNECT - Message from the Chief Executive

13 December 2016

As part of the $896 million Torrens Road to River Torrens Project, there will be a closure of the Outer Harbor/Grange rail line from Monday 2 January to 23 January 2017. Services will recommence from the first service on Tuesday 24 January 2017.

The rail closure is to allow the construction of the Outer Harbor rail overpass, including installation of the three bridge segments, new rail track, ballast and signalling. To ensure the safety of all workers during this time, trains will not be in operation.

We have scheduled these works during this traditionally low patronage period to minimise impact to commuters.

Substitute bus services will be in place during the Outer Harbor/Grange line closure, please call the Adelaide Metro InfoLine on 1300 311 108 or visit
