Improvements on Brighton Road, Somerton Park
1 April 2016
Road users are advised that the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) will be undertaking Asphalt Resurfacing works on Brighton Road between College Road and Diagonal Road, Somerton Park to improve ride quality for all road users.
Works will commence on Sunday 3 April 2016 at 9:00 am and continue into the early hours of Monday 4 April, weather permitting.
Traffic restrictions and detours will be in place through the work zone and speed restrictions will apply when needed.
Traffic management staff will be on site throughout the works. Motorists are advised to allow for travel time delays when planning their journey.

The works are being funded by the 2015/16 State Specific on Road Pavement Maintenance Program at an estimated cost of $200 000.
