LIV Golf tees off with free public transport
Wednesday, 24 April 2024
Adelaide Metro will carry a global audience to Grange Golf Club where 13 teams and 52 world-class players will tee off in one of the biggest events on the national sporting calendar.
Event ticketholders can travel for free all day across the network, with four dedicated LIV Golf shuttles ferrying fans direct to the fairways from designated stops around Adelaide.
For the first time, a bus shuttle will loop between Glenelg and Grange from 7.30am to late each day, while fans travelling from the CBD can catch a ride from key points near city hotels.
Fans opting to drive part of the way can hop on the LIV Park ’n’ Ride bus from Toogood Reserve at Beverley, stopping at Trimmer Parade behind the course.
Train commuters are encouraged to travel from the platform to the pins via the Woodville-LIV bus shuttle.
With over 75,000 fans expected to flock to Grange over the weekend, Adelaide Metro has you covered with plenty of options for everyone.
Local roads will close at the end of the event each day to allow crowds to safely leave the area, so please be patient and allow extra travel time. Find live updates on traffic conditions at Traffic SA.
