Score big this cricket season with free public transport
Tuesday, 5 December 2023
Cricket fans will be able to catch a free ride to Adelaide Oval for all international and Big Bash League (BBL) matches this summer, ensuring everyone can get to the game and have a ball!
The South Australian Government is teaming up with the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) to offer free train, tram and bus services on each match day simply by presenting your game day ticket.
Extra Adelaide Metro services will also be running after all BBL games, making sure everyone can get home safe and hassle free.
The BBL season kicks off this Saturday as the Adelaide Strikers and Brisbane Heat face off at Adelaide Oval, kicking off a blockbuster two months of summer cricket.
To ensure you don’t get caught out, visit www.adelaidemetro.com.au to check the timetable in real time and plan your trip with Adelaide Metro’s journey planner.
