SOUTH AUSTRALIA – RIVER MURRAY – MURRAY BRIDGE – NAVIGATION CHANNEL CHANGES
Mariners are advised that refurbishment works will be undertaken on the Old Murray Bridge over the River Murray at Murray Bridge from 25 July 2022 for a period of approximately 18 months.
Temporary scaffolding will be erected around the bridge piers and under the bridge deck. The works will require the full closure of affected navigation channels. Navigation markers on the bridge will indicate unaffected, passable channels. One channel will be open to marine traffic at all times. The unaffected passable channel will vary over the course of the 18 month period and will be indicated by navigation markers.
Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
