Version 5 of the Registrar-General’s Verification of Identity Requirements has been released.

The changes are documented in the Notice to Lodging Parties 217 issued 14 June 2019.

A number of changes have been made to Approved Forms and the National Mortgage Form with updated certifications has been released nationally by the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council.
