This section provides contact information for emergency breakdown maintenance using the AGFMA hotline:
Emergency Building Maintenance (AGFMA sites)
There is a 24 hour, 7 days a week Hotline to meet the emergency breakdown and maintenance requirements of customers in metropolitan Adelaide and some country areas.

Urgent maintenance tasks include:
- automatic doors & door locks;
- blocked drains & leaking taps;
- air conditioning repair;
- gas & electric hot water services repair;
- glass replacement;
- graffiti removal;
- hoists & lifts;
- lighting, power outlets & switches;
- paving & asphalt repairs;
- roofing, gutters & down pipes; and
- security alarms.

Facilities Services provides services through its eight country offices - Berri, Clare, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln, Port Pirie and Whyalla.
