AGFMA Hotline

Service SA provides services on behalf of Asset Management, Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) to support the South Australian Government’s Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA). The AGFMA Hotline operates Monday-Friday from 7.30 am to 5pm (excluding public holidays) and receives phone calls, emails and faxes from sites to raise unplanned (breakdown) and planned (Minor Works) Facilities Management (FM) work requests.

Each month a variety of clients are contacted by the AGFMA Hotline (Service SA) which undertakes the Customer Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of DPTI. These surveys are undertaken to assist in determining how Facilities Managers are performing.  The surveys relate to specific jobs and responses provide DPTI and the Facilities Managers with valuable feedback to identify and address specific issues or identify possible trends associated with particular job types or subcontractors.

Job requests can be submitted to the AGFMA Hotline via the Hotline Request Form (AGFMA) by fax or by contacting the AGFMA Hotline on the following numbers:

PLEASE NOTE: P1 & P2 REQUESTS CAN NOW BE RAISED IN FAMIS.
