AGFMA Hotline

Service SA provides services on behalf of Asset Management, Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) to support the South Australian Government’s Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA). The AGFMA Hotline operates Monday - Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays) and receives phone calls, emails and faxes from sites to raise unplanned (breakdown) and planned (Minor Works) Facilities Management (FM) work requests.
Each month a variety of clients are contacted by the AGFMA Hotline (Service SA) which undertakes the Customer Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of DIT. These surveys are undertaken to assist in determining how Facilities Managers are performing. The surveys relate to specific jobs and responses provide The Department and the Facilities Managers with valuable feedback to identify and address specific issues or identify possible trends associated with particular job types or subcontractors.
Job requests can be submitted to the AGFMA Hotline via the Hotline Request Form (AGFMA) by fax or by contacting the AGFMA Hotline on the following numbers:

Job Priorities
Designated locations zones have been established for Regional SA and are defined by their proximity to the DIT- Facilities Services Offices
Urban zone: Locations within 50 kilometres of the servicing district office
Outer zone: Locations greater than 50 and up to 100 kilometres from the servicing district office
Remote zone: Locations greater than 100 kilometres from the servicing district office
Isolated zone: Locations in the APY lands and on the far west coast.
Emergency Building Maintenance - AGFMA sites
There is a 24 hour, 7 days a week Hotline to meet the emergency breakdown and maintenance requirements of customers in metropolitan Adelaide and some country areas. Contact details are listed above.

- Gas & electric hot water services repair
