KEY FACTS:

360 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2014, compared with 384 during 2013.

51 people have been seriously injured in JUNE 2014.

32 serious injuries were males and 19 were females.

36 were vehicle occupants, 7 were motorcycle riders, 4 were cyclists and 4 were pedestrians.

In JUNE 2014, there were 24 serious injuries in the country and 27 in Adelaide.

Of the 47 serious injury crashes in JUNE 2014, 26 involved a single vehicle and 21 involved more than one vehicle.
44 crashes involved a single serious injury and 3 involved multiple serious injuries.
