46 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2013, compared with 52 during 2012.

46 people have been seriously injured in JANUARY 2013.

20 serious injuries were males and 26 were females.

28 were vehicle occupants, 7 were motorcycle riders, 6 were cyclists and 5 were pedestrians.

In JANUARY 2013, there were 8 serious injuries in the country and 7 in Adelaide.

Of the 43 serious injury crashes in JANUARY 2013, 25 involved a single vehicle and 18 involved more than one vehicle.
41 crashes involved a single serious injury and 2 involved multiple serious injuries.
