ROAD FATALITIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

KEY FACTS:

72 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2018, compared with 91 during 2017.

13 people have been killed to date in NOVEMBER 2018.

11 fatalities were males and 2 were females.

8 were vehicle occupants, 4 were motorcycle riders and 1 was a cyclist.

To date in NOVEMBER 2018, there were 11 fatalities in the country and 2 in Adelaide.

Of the 11 fatal crashes to date in NOVEMBER 2018, 8 involved a single vehicle and 3 involved more than one vehicle.
9 crashes involved a single fatality and 2 involved multiple fatalities.

The heavy vehicle fatal crash involved Semitrailer/Motorcycle.

The 2 utility_van fatal crashes involved Utility/Tree, Car Sedan/Utility.

The 4 motorcycle fatal crashes involved Motorcycle/Animal Domestic, Semitrailer/Motorcycle, Motorcycle, Motorcycle/Animal Wild.
