KEY FACTS:

375 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2020, compared with 433 during 2019.

54 people have been seriously injured in JULY 2020.

36 serious injuries were males and 18 were females.

34 were vehicle occupants, 9 were motorcycle riders, 6 were pedestrians and 5 were bicycle or e-scooter riders.

In JULY 2020, there were 19 serious injuries in the country and 35 in Adelaide.

Of the 43 serious injury crashes in JULY 2020, 26 involved a single vehicle and 17 involved more than one vehicle.
40 crashes involved a single serious injury and 3 involved multiple serious injuries.
