KEY FACTS:

71 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2020, compared with 88 during 2019.

7 people have been killed to date in OCTOBER 2020.

5 fatalities were males and 2 were females.

5 were vehicle occupants, 1 was a motorcycle rider and 1 was a pedestrian.

To date in OCTOBER 2020, there was 1 fatality in the country and 6 in Adelaide.

Of the 7 fatal crashes to date in OCTOBER 2020, 7 involved a single vehicle and 0 involved more than one vehicle.
All 7 crashes involved a single fatality.

The heavy vehicle fatal crash involved Truck/Guard Rail.

The motorcycle fatal crash involved Motorcycle/Tree.
