ROAD CRASH SERIOUS INJURIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

KEY FACTS:

638 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2020, compared with 743 during 2019.

79 people have been seriously injured in NOVEMBER 2020.

47 serious injuries were males and 32 were females.

41 were vehicle occupants, 22 were motorcycle riders, 10 were bicycle or e-scooter riders and 6 were pedestrians.

In NOVEMBER 2020, there were 25 serious injuries in the country and 54 in Adelaide.

Of the 66 serious injury crashes in NOVEMBER 2020, 32 involved a single vehicle and 34 involved more than one vehicle.
61 crashes involved a single serious injury and 5 involved multiple serious injuries.
