KEY FACTS:

47 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2020, compared with 53 during 2019.

10 people have been killed to date in MAY 2020.

10 fatalities were males and none were female.

5 were vehicle occupants, 3 were motorcycle riders, 1 was a bicycle or e-scooter rider and 1 was a pedestrian.

To date in MAY 2020, there were 5 fatalities in the country and 5 in Adelaide.

Of the 8 fatal crashes to date in MAY 2020, 4 involved a single vehicle and 4 involved more than one vehicle.
6 crashes involved a single fatality and 2 involved multiple fatalities.

The heavy vehicle fatal crash involved Car Sedan/Car Sedan/Pedestrian on Road/Bdouble.

The 2 utility_van fatal crashes involved Panel Van/Utility, Panel Van/Other Fixed.

The 2 motorcycle fatal crashes involved Station Wagon/Motorcycle, Car Sedan/Motorcycle.
