ROAD CRASH SERIOUS INJURIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

KEY FACTS:

524 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2018, compared with 574 during 2017.

34 people have been seriously injured in NOVEMBER 2018.

21 serious injuries were males and 13 were females.

16 were vehicle occupants, 8 were motorcycle riders, 5 were cyclists and 5 were pedestrians.

In NOVEMBER 2018, there were 13 serious injuries in the country and 21 in Adelaide.

Of the 34 serious injury crashes in NOVEMBER 2018, 18 involved a single vehicle and 16 involved more than one vehicle.
All 34 crashes involved a single serious injury.
