New left turn slip lane from Fiveash Drive into Day Drive, Pasadena

28 May 2018
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) will be improving safety and traffic flow from Fiveash Drive into Day Drive, Pasadena, by constructing a new left turn slip lane.
Works are expected to commence in early June 2018 and be completed by late July 2018, weather permitting.
The majority of work will be undertaken between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, though some weekend work may be required.
Fiveash Drive and Day Drive will remain open to traffic during work times, with a 25km/h speed restriction in place while workers are on site. Lane and other speed restrictions and pedestrian and cycling detours may apply subject to onsite conditions.
The project completes the $1.2 million intersection upgrade at Fiveash Drive and Day Drive which began in late 2016. Funding for this project was obtained via DPTI’s annual Asset Improvement Program.
Thank you for your patience while these important works are undertaken.
