Notice to Mariners No 31 of 2019

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – HORSESHOE REEF – CHRISTIES BEACH – NEW NAVIGATION BEACON

Mariners are advised that a new navigation beacon has been installed in the vicinity of Horseshoe Reef near Christies Beach. The beacon consists of a yellow buoy with a St Andrews Cross daymark and a light Fl Y 5s (range 2 nautical miles), and is located in position 35° 08’ 10.5” S, 138° 27’ 56.2” E (WGS84).

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
