Technical issues affecting EzyReg website payments

Friday, 1 March 2024

Service SA is working to resolve a technical issue with the EzyReg website which is causing some payments to not process correctly.

You can check if your transaction was successful by logging in to your mySAGOV/EzyReg account to check the expiry date has been updated.

Our staff are attempting to contact affected customers - however we urge customers to check if your payment was successful.

Who may be affected?

If you have attempted an online payment on the EzyReg website since 8pm last night (29 February 2024) you may have been impacted.

What payments might be affected?

Any transaction that can be performed on the EzyReg website, such as vehicle and boat registrations, driver’s licences and other payments.

What should I do?

You can confirm that your transaction was successful by logging in to your mySAGOV/EzyReg account to check your registration or license expiry date has been updated.

If this date has not been updated, please contact us on 13 10 84 or visit a Service SA centre for assistance. Registration renewals can be processed at Australia Post outlets and by calling Service SA’s automated telephone service 1300 361 021, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A reminder that Service SA centres at Elizabeth, Marion, Modbury, Prospect and Seaford Meadows open on Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

Our team is working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we apologise to our customers for the inconvenience.
