Notice to Mariners No. 43 of 2023 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA –VHF EMERGENCY MARINE RADIO (CH 16 AND 67) OUTAGE NOTIFICATION – Whyalla to Fowlers Bay

Mariners are advised that there is an outage affecting the South Australian Emergency Marine Radio Network (VHF Ch 16 and Ch 67) from Whyalla to Fowlers Bay on Thursday 10th August 2023.

Repairs are being prioritised and it is expected to be back online by the end of the day.

Mariners are advised to consider alternate means of emergency communication and navigate with caution.
