Notice to Mariners No 16 of 2023 (Temporary)

SOUTH AUSTRALIA - ROBE – LAKE BUTLER BOAT HAVEN

Mariners are advised that the navigation light, Fl G 1.5s, range 4 nm, at the entrance to the Lake Butler Boat Haven in Robe in position 37° 09’ 33.44”S 139° 45’ 10.00”E is not working. A temporary light with the same flash characteristics but a reduced range of 2 nm will be installed on Wednesday 5^th April 2023 until a new light has been sourced. The new light is expected to be installed in late May 2023.

Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
