Prequalifications residential

Housing SA is currently undertaking a review of its social housing pre-qualified builder list and registration requirements.  As a result, Housing SA proposes to release a new Pre-Qualification Builder panel early 2012 and is no longer accepting new applications for its current Pre-Qualification Builder Register.  If you require further information regarding Housing SA pre-qualification, please email maintenancecontracts@dcsi.sa.gov.au 

Prequalifications for Local Government Contracting

Prequalification for tendering arrangements with the South Australian Government do not apply to Local Government contracting.

Under an arrangement between the Local Government Association and the South Australian Government, most Councils use the SA Tenders and Contracts website when they are seeking open tenders for projects at http://www.tenders.sa.gov.au
